Little Black (Rodeo Drive Worthy) Jumpsuit

The first time I wore this little jumpsuit it was for a girls day out with one of my dearest friends, Natalie, in Beverly Hills. To say I love this girl is a total understatement! She’s one of my all time favorite people.

It was right around my birthday and we wanted some time together (without kids) so we decided to make a whole day of it! We drove into downtown LA’s fashion district for some sample sale shopping in the morning, lunch in Beverly Hills, spent the afternoon walking around Rodeo Drive and that evening went to the sky bar at the Downtown Marriott.

 As we strolled down Rodeo Drive, window shopping in some of the most outrageously expensive, wonderfully beautiful stores on earth, woman after woman after woman came up to me to ask where in the world I got my black jumper!

In Tiffany’s alone there were THREE different women that asked where I got it! One in particular told me that she had been searching all over for one that looked exactly like mine and couldn’t for the life of her find what she had in her mind anywhere until she saw mine.

 Crazy awesome comments, right?!?!  So…here it is….drumroll please…..my jumper is from…

Forever 21.

Yep, there you have it.

And I am pretty sure I also found it on sale.

It’s lightweight, can be worn with flats or heels, just as it is, or I like to layer mine with a larger, grey open to the front sweater when the weather is just a bit cooler.  It’s perfect for this transitional fall weather, and perfect for moms like me who want simple, yet feminine and trendy.

You can wear this to lunch in Beverly Hills or across the street to pick up your kids from school.

There’s even pockets! Who doesn’t love a jumpsuit with pockets?!
