Back to school with JCPenney
This has been quite a different year for us. From moving half way across the country to an extremely
difficult pregnancy…and now having delivered a brand new baby…I have to admit I’m leaning away from
homeschooling this next year and am planning to put the kids back in public.
There will be a lot of sadness in that for us, but at the same time so much joy too.
One thing we can ALL get excited about is back to school shopping!
I remember always looking forward
to that when I was a little girl and now getting to take my kids is even more fun!
New shoes, new
backpacks, new school supplies! I love seeing their faces light up when I tell them it’s time to shop for
them!
This year we took the kids to JCPenney (#ad #sponsored) and let them pick out some new styles. We

**Photo Styling Tip: One tip when picking out styles you want to look cohesive in photos is to pick out the same undershirt but add on another layer in similar colors. For example: one older child and one younger child have the same undershirts, and the other two boys also have the same. Then I added one button up for only two of them to change it up just enough, but to still look similar.
